I'll have to read the article again in order to be able to provide an outline but what I got out of it at first glance is:
use non-paper filters to keep the suspended water from blocking the fuel supply; use multi-fuel fuel lines to stay away from deterioration; drain fuel in bowls and tanks if stored for more than 3 weeks; use a gascolator at lowest point; use avgas if none of above are used; and look for green residue in float bowls.
I just got a case of Pennzoil 2-stroke oil from Lockwood, but the word from Pennzoil is they don't make it anymore. You might want to stock up! Shell made an announcement at Oshkosh this year about their replacement, since they bought the Pennzoil company. I figure just making sure the API TC or the Jasco FD designations are followed that it doesn't matter who manufactures the oil. I'm currently using a Quicksilver product that includes these designations. Hope I'm not wrong....
I send wings and trikes all over the world so yes I would like to also send kits.

If you have any questions about the flycom, want pictures etc, just send me a mesage, an I'll see what I can do!
Happy flying!

Got in a cpl of flights a few weeks back but blew a front tube (ongoing problem) and have only just got a replacement. Temps here are scorching. 4 weeks ago it was 49C under the back verandah - 58C+ out on the road. Temps here at Port Headland are down to high 30's thank Christ!!!. Hope to get back in the air again soon. Lots to see up here in the mining boom towns.
Cheers amigo, Kerry
